2025年6月 水無月
「夏越の祓（なごしのはらえ）」は6月30日に行われる神事で「半年分の穢れを祓い、残り半年の無病息災を願う」行事です。この時期に食されるお菓子「水無月」作ってみました。
Nagoshi no Harae" is a traditional Shinto ritual held at shrines throughout Japan on June 30th each year.
People visit shrines to purify themselves of the impurities accumulated over the past six months and to pray for good health in the months ahead.
I tried making Minazuki, a traditional sweet enjoyed around this time of year.
